Have you ever noticed that many, many times in our lives,
despite saying that we really want to be, do or have something
that we take very little action toward getting it?
Strange isn't it?
I mean, we SAY we want to lose weight, get fit,
but the actual effort required to GET it simply
isn't put into place and so we never actually get
what we want.
Think about this today...
Think about of all the times you wanted to lose weight
or get fit, REALLY wanted to do it.
Now think "What one effort a day could I make toward getting there?'.
